no - the first version is better, because of its impression of greater randomness. I was just imagining something more bop+mexican wave. You know, I think you need to re-post the first version with the jazz soundtrack, because I keep feeling a temptation to suggest the pace is too frenetic, but I'm guessing the jazz will make a fool of such reservations!
